Our academic credentials are outstanding. Managing partner Alan G. Cosner holds a Master of Law degree from New York University in addition to a J.D. from Seton Hall. He is a former Internal Revenue Service agent and accountant. Partner Staci A. Cosner earned her B.A. degree at Cornell University and graduated with distinction. She earned her J.D. at Columbia University and was formerly an associate with the firm Skadden, Arps. Associate attorney Russell J. Huegel received his J.D. from Pace University, after which he joined the trust department at Morgan Stanley.

- Elder law We focus on the needs of the elderly and their children, handling asset protection, long-term care and Medicaid planning and guardianship matters. Staci A. Cosner is a Member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
